Ready Rocket School Learning Program - License Terms

By purchasing the Ready Rocket School Learning Program, you agree to the license terms outlined below.

1. Program Access & Pricing

• The Ready Rocket School Learning Program is provided under a 12-month license agreement

• The initial purchase fee is $499 AUD (+GST) for first-year access to all physical program materials and digital resources

• Ongoing access is $265 AUD (+GST) per year, which includes continued digital access, as well as any additional material updates

• Your license will be due for renewal 365 days from the date of purchase

• Refer to the product listing on the Ready Rocket Resources website for full details of inclusions

2. Program Inclusions

With your purchase, your school will receive:

• Access to the Ready Rocket School Learning Program for only the selected year level

• Digital portal access for staff members supporting the nominated year level/s

• Two (2) professional development tickets for staff members supporting the nominated year level/s

• Ready Rocket Resources will contact you via email to confirm staff access details

• Additional portal access or professional development tickets can be arranged upon request

3. Permitted Use (While Licensed)

While your license is active, your school may:

• Deliver the Ready Rocket School Learning Program within your school to the nominated year level

• Allow approved staff members to access and implement the program

• The program may be delivered in whole-class or small-group formats, depending on your needs

• The program may be delivered over the eight guided sessions or broken down into smaller chunks spread over a longer period of time, depending on your needs

4. Intellectual Property & Branding

• The Ready Rocket School Learning Program and all associated materials remain the intellectual property of Ready Rocket Resources

• Materials must not be:

• Copied, reproduced, or redistributed beyond what is provided for the nominated year level/s

• Shared outside of your licensed school

• Sold, adapted, or used for commercial purposes

• The program must be referred to as the “Ready Rocket School Learning Program” in all communication and delivery

• The program may not be presented or marketed as your own

5. Training & Professional Development

• Any additional training, professional development, or related resources connected to the program must not be delivered or shared without prior written permission

6. Updates & Ongoing Improvements

• Ready Rocket Resources may update the program content at any time to ensure it remains evidence-based and high quality

• Updated materials will be provided via the Online Portal during an active license period or at renewal

7. Printed Materials

• Schools may retain all printed materials supplied

• Printed materials may be used within the school for the nominated year level/s

However:

• Materials may not be photocopied, reproduced, distributed, or shared beyond original supply

8. Digital Materials

• Access to all digital materials, including slides and online resources, is provided for the duration of an active license only

• Digital materials may be used by approved staff within the licensed school during the active license period

• Digital materials must not be:

• Downloaded, stored, or shared outside the licensed environment for ongoing use

• Distributed to individuals, schools, or organisations outside the license

• Upon cancellation or non-renewal:

• Access to the Online Portal will be removed

• Schools must cease use of all digital materials

• Any downloaded or stored digital files must be deleted

9. Use After Cancellation or Non-Renewal

If your school chooses not to renew the annual license:

• Access to the digital portal, updates, and support will be removed

• Previously supplied printed materials may be retained

Printed materials may be used for internal reference only, meaning:

• Staff may refer to concepts, strategies, or lesson ideas to inform their general practice

However, schools may not:

• Continue delivering the Ready Rocket School Learning Program with new student cohorts or additional classrooms

• Use the materials to train new staff in the program

• Run the program as a structured or ongoing curriculum

• Represent the program as an active offering within the school

Ongoing delivery of the program requires an active license.

10. Cancellation & Renewal

• Licenses are valid for 12 months

• To cancel, schools must provide 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date

• No refunds are provided for unused time within an active license period

11. Re-Entry

• Schools may rejoin the program at any time

• Re-entry will be at current pricing as specified on website

12. Liability

• Ready Rocket Resources is not liable for any incidents, accidents, or outcomes arising from program delivery

• The program is provided as an educational resource only

• Schools are responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision, delivery, and insurance coverage

13. Additional Offers

• Schools may access discounted Galaxy Guide packs and Parent Online Emotions Workshop offers. This is included on the Online Portal as a flyer that can be sent to families.

14. Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Ready Rocket Resources will seek feedback prior to renewal to support ongoing program improvements

Your license will be due for renewal 365 days after date of purchase.
