Foundations of Emotional Regulation is a 6.5-hour self-paced online professional development workshop for paediatric occupational therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, and allied health professionals supporting children’s emotional regulation.

Developed by Senior Paediatric OTs Bella Martini and Tash O’Connor, this workshop explains the neuroscience and clinical reasoning behind emotional regulation, from child development and attachment through to the everyday factors that shape how children regulate at home, school and in therapy sessions. If you are familiar with Ready Rocket's Online Emotions Workshop for Therapists, this is a more comprehensive extension, with deeper coverage of neurodiversity-affirming practice, the nervous system response, shame and resilience, and real-world sensory scenarios.
