By purchasing the Ready Rocket School Learning Program, you agree to the license terms listed below:

You will have access to the Ready Rocket School Learning Program created by Ready Rocket Resources for a one-off initial fee of AUD $450 for first-year access to all program materials and digital resources, plus AUD $59.98 for printing and shipping of the bound program manual (+GST). Your printed manual is yours to keep.Please note: Digital access to the program materials expires after 12 months unless you renew your license. Ongoing yearly digital access, including any updates and bonus materials, is AUD $265 (+GST) per year.
 
Please refer to the product listing on the Ready Rocket Resources website for a detailed list of what is included in the initial and subsequent recurring yearly payments.
 
Please refer to this program and all its content as the “Ready Rocket School Learning Program” in all your materials, communication, and lessons. 
 
Please use the Ready Rocket School Learning Program materials to deliver as many whole-class or small-group lessons as you would like within the 12-month period.
 
The Ready Rocket School Learning Program includes content for whole-class learning or small-group delivery (adapted by year level).
 
Please understand that the Ready Rocket School Learning Program is the intellectual property of Ready Rocket Resources and cannot be marketed as your own creation or sold on to any other individual, school, or provider.
 
To help protect the intellectual property of Ready Rocket Resources and ensure the quality and consistency of the program, we kindly ask that any additional professional development, teacher training, or related resources connected to the Ready Rocket School Learning Program be shared or presented only with prior written permission from Ready Rocket Resources. Ready Rocket Resources may update the content of the Ready Rocket School Learning Program at any time within the 12-month period to ensure the program remains evidence-based and high quality. If any changes are made, Ready Rocket Resources will provide updated resources via the Online Portal at the time of license renewal.
 
Ready Rocket Resources bears no liability for any incidents, accidents, or events arising during the delivery of the Ready Rocket School Learning Program by you or your staff. Ready Rocket Resources exclusively provides the intellectual property for this program. It is your responsibility to ensure you possess adequate insurance coverage suitable for delivering programs within your school or educational setting.
 
This license will span 12 months and Ready Rocket Resources will seek your feedback on the program in the lead-up to license renewal, to help inform ongoing updates and improvements. Should you wish to cease access to the Ready Rocket School Learning Program license, please provide 30 days’ notice in writing prior to the license renewal date.
